Client FTP Area Layout:
Client ftp accounts are
constructed with several folders for specific types of activity and corresponding
access permissions. It is important to
understand the directory structure and the usage of each folder to avoid
conflicts with access permission and to support automated interfaces that pull
data from and place data in specific locations.

Once you have connected to
your ftp site using the URL and authentication information provided, click on
the “+” symbol to expand each directory level until you see the folder name you
are looking for.
How do I use an ftp folder?
Put files into and out of
an ftp folder using windows standard “CUT” and “PASTE” functions once the
proper folder is opened and its contents are visible.
Why am I getting an error message?
If you receive error
messages relating to permission you are probably not using the correct folder
for the task at hand. For example, you
can “paste” files into the folder “To_PerforMax3” but you can only download
files from “TBK_Library”. See the list below for more information on
folder usage.
